After you've filled out the Family Registration Form and paid the Registration Fee, just fill out the Nanny Booking Request on our Forms tab. We will coordinate with you to have a nanny come to your home, follow your care instructions for your child, and keep you updated about your child's activities. We ask that you fill out our brief Health Appraisal before we send your nanny. If your child will require medication to be administered by your nanny, please also fill out the Medication Administration form prior to your nanny's arrival.
We evaluate nannies like we would scrutinize a stranger caring for our own children! These are our babies we are talking about!! We will never send someone to your house that was simply plucked from a nanny search engine. We are a small but growing, local company and this is all we do. Our nannies are handpicked to ensure the highest level of care and expertise. Our screening process consists of a criminal and financial history, a behavioral review, conversations with at least two references, a phone interview and an in-person interview. This is my business and I will not let anyone represent us that I would not leave with my own child, this is my promise to you.
Additionally, our all of our nannies have been trained to update parents as often as the parents would like and be ready to respond immediately to requests for updates. Nannies will send photos, temperature reports, food and fluid intake reports, whatever you need to feel comfortable that your child is in good hands.
Great question! Not only are we obsessed with handwashing, we have protocols that our nannies follow even after leaving your home to help stay healthy. {Its a good idea to explain to your child that your nanny may need to wear gloves when taking a temperature, administering medication, etc. and there may be situations where the nanny will need to wear a mask.} All of our nannies are part-time and never care for children in two different homes on the same day - this helps minimize the spread of germs.
